Ordering procedure

● In order for the order to be processed, you will need to place it on our website.● Our manager will contact you only if you have requested it when placing an order, and you will receive confirmation by email and SMS without fail● An email with your order and details is duplicated to the email address you specified when placing your order (sometimes it ends up in spam).● Orders are sent from Monday to Friday until 17.00, except for official holidays.● Orders received on the weekend will be sent on Monday until 17.00.● After sending the order, you will receive an SMS with the declaration number.● For convenient and quick tracking of your parcels, install the Nova Poshta app on your mobile.

Delivery

We pack and ship orders daily from Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are days off)Dispatch within 1-3 business days + Nova Poshta delivery time (2-5 days in total). During the holidays, delivery times may increaseOrders placed on Friday after 12pm and on weekends are dispatched on the next business day. 
Delivery cost from 70 UAH.*for orders from 1000 UAH - delivery is free

Payment terms

● 100% online payment via the Monopay payment system● Cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch

Fiscalisation

We do not include a paper receipt in the parcel.We send an electronic receipt to the email address you provided when placing your order.
