Goods of good quality are included in the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned (Annex No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ‘On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” of 19 March 1994 No. 172):
- The goods are of inadequate quality;- The contents of the shipment do not correspond to the order nomenclature (in violation of the range, quantity, completeness)
But provided that: 1) the goods were not in use and have no traces of use; 2) the product is fully complete and its original packaging is intact; 3) the product was purchased in our online store.
Claims are accepted within 3 working days after receiving the goods. Send a complaint in any form with a photo to au.moc.53bnc%40ofni, indicating - a description of the discrepancy - date and number of the order - full name of the recipient - contact phone number specified when placing the order.
After reviewing the claim within 1-3 business days, our manager will contact you to clarify further actions.Please note: Complaints are accepted only in writing to the specified mail for the purpose of documentation!
Refunds:
Funds are refunded by bank transfer to the details specified in the relevant letter.
When paying for the order with a bank card, a refund is possible only to the bank card from which the payment was made. Refunds are made within 5 working days after the goods are returned.
